Candidates should crack all the stages of the Army NCC Special Entry Scheme selection process 2024 to get provisionally appointed for the post. The NCC 57 Special Entry Scheme selection process comprises the following stages, i.e
- Shortlisting of Applications: The Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications without assigning any reason. After application shortlisting, the centre allotment will be intimated to aspirants via email. After allotment of the selection centre, candidates will have to log in to the website and select their SSB dates, which are available on a first-come, first serve basis initially.
- SSB Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted for the two-stage selection procedure of SSB. Those who clear Stage I will be called to appear in Stage II. Those who fail in stage I will be returned on the same day. The duration of the SSB interview is five days, and details are mentioned on the official website.
- Medical Examination: Candidates declared successful in Stage II will be called to appear in the medical exam.
- Merit List: Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be issued a joining letter for training in the order of merit, depending on the availability of vacancies, subject to fulfilling all eligibility criteria. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidate at the SSB interview.
